Fraud Notice: Kiran Trivedi and Jantana Sangjam

The following documents details alleged fraud committed by Kiran Trivedi and Jantana Sangjam.

These are public documents and this site makes them more widely available for others.

They have defrauded a particular client in excess of 8M USD.  There are many other victims involved and they have started filing law suits against these two alleged fraudsters.

Kiran Trivedi, Bio from Lagos Energy City
Mr Trivedi Kiran has been a Director and was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Transglobal Energy Funds Pte Ltd since 2005. Transglobal Energy Funds Pte Ltd is a specialized advisory & private equity firm based in Singapore dedicated to the energy and mining industry with a geographic focus on Africa with particular emphasis in Nigeria. Mr Trivedi Kiran is also a Director of Transglobal Energy Research Pte Ltd. In Hong Kong, he serves as the Director of Tranglobal Energy Funds Limited and Aquila Resources Limited. Mr Trivedi Kiran is responsible for the execution of the Organization's Business Strategy and Business Expansion.


Kantana Sangjam, Bio from Lagos Energy City
Ms Jantana Sangjam is a qualified Certified Public Accountant. She has over 6 years experience as a Senior Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Ltd., Bangkok in the field of accounting and auditing and extensive experience in handling major audit assignments of public listed and private companies in various industries. Her qualification includes a Bachelor Degree of Science in Accounting from Thammasat University, Thailand. She has been a Director and was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Transglobal Energy Funds Pte Ltd, a Singapore based private equity and advisory company focused on the energy and mining sector since 2005. She is also a Director of Transglobal Energy Research Pte Ltd and Raymond Research Pte Ltd. In Hong Kong, she serves as the Director of Transglobal Energy Funds Limited. Ms Jantana Sangjam is responsible for the Organization’s Finance and Business Administration.
